His deep understanding of credit was honed through key roles at Union Bank Plc and Renmoney, where he demonstrated a strong acumen for unit economics and successfully developed and launched a range of lending products. His track record includes the end-to-end development of instant loans, revolving overdrafts, and group loan facilities, giving him direct, hands-on experience in the mechanisms that underpin modern credit scoring. His frontline experience in building lending products make him an ideal source of valuable, real-world insights.
Ayobamigbe holds a Master’s degree in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
Ogbo’s ambitious mission is to nurture 1,000 African unicorns, who will lead Africa’s spiritual, economic, social, and political transformation. His career journey started at Shell, where he worked as a Remote Sensing Surveyor and later as a GIS Team Lead for Chevron. After a stint in the energy sector, he transitioned into leadership and transformation coaching and consulting, becoming a Certified Executive Coach and Strategy Facilitator. Ogbo has also taught at prestigious institutions like the Lagos Business School (LBS) and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and served as a Stanford Seed Business Transformation Advisor.
Furthermore, Ogbo is a national radio and television personality passionate about addressing the male crisis in Africa. He has facilitated numerous board retreats and leadership development programs for businesses across the continent. Ebere Michael is a Cybersecurity Analyst from Nigeria with over seven years of experience in cybersecurity and security awareness. Passionate about making digital spaces safer, he has built a strong community of over 250,000 followers across social media, where he educates and inspires aspiring cybersecurity professionals. Through his engaging content, Ebere simplifies complex security topics, drives security awareness, and empowers individuals and businesses to protect themselves online. Mr. Damilola is a graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He earned an MBA (Financial Management) from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, and Masters from the iconic SOAS University of London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Damilola has over 20 years of banking experience, having begun his banking career in the defunct Chartered Bank Plc in year 2001 where he functioned within the banking operations and business development division. He later worked with Diamond Bank and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) where he was responsible for Branch Management and regional business development. He is currently a Deputy General Manager (DGM) at Stanbic IBTC Bank where he heads Retail Credit for Nigeria, overseeing the entire credit life cycle and credit risk. He is directly responsible for the scored lending and digital lending of the bank. He has worn several hats which span financing of SMEs and lending to commercial businesses and agribusiness.
Damilola is a dynamic and engaging leader, and a driver of innovation in banking. He is a well-experienced Risk management professional and Business executive adept at working across lateral and vertical structure; implementing enterprise-wide risk management systems and governance frameworks; and embedding sustainable business practices within the organization.
He is an executive member of the Lagos branch of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is a member of the Rotary Club of Ikoyi and also a member of the prestigious Lagos Lawn Tennis Club Tafawa Balewa Square (est. 1895) where he plays tennis actively.
Olayinka Dada is a seasoned financial services professional and retail banking strategist with over two decades of experience across commercial banking, microfinance, and consulting.
He specializes in retail banking transformation, MSME growth, and financial inclusion.
His career has significantly influenced product innovation, customer experience, and institutional capacity within Nigeria’s financial ecosystem.

She was formerly the Executive Director Estate Planning Division in Stanbic IBTC Trustees Limited.

Emi holds a B.Sc. in Geography with second class upper honours from the University of Port Harcourt Rivers State. She also holds a Diploma in International Trust Management by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) – the largest international professional body of Trust and Estate Practitioners in the world and is one of the few Nigerians eligible to use the designation Trust Estate Practitioner (TEP) as a full member of STEP. She also has an Executive Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the Swiss Business School Switzerland
